How I discovered Acoustic Wave Therapy

I first discovered AWT™ on an American website originally, then eventually got in touch with the Swiss manufacturers of it "Storz medical", whom in turn passed me onto David Jones whom has the distribution rights for the UK, & at the time for Ireland.

Since last march, I conducted AWT™ trials for about 4 & a half months, to determine whether I would invest in it for my clinic. David Jones allowed me to have his demo AWT™ model on a trial rental basis, to see how effective it was. He had sold no machine in the UK or Ireland at the time, and I’m sure was delighted that someone was prepared to do trials.

All the clients whom participated in our trials already were past Endermologie clients here in the clinic, & we got them to complete a comment card at the end of their trial period. The conclusion we came to, was that the AWT™ gave results twice as fast as Endermologie, & was much more comfortable to have done. Results also much more long lasting , as maintenance session are only every 3 months.

From a staff perspective, its less labour intensive than endermologie, & there is no risk of repetitive strain injury, unlike with endermologie.( My manager Marie got RSI from performing too many endermologie, which prompted me to research better methods.) Endermologie is therapist depentant, meaning if you have a good therapist, whom puts in the effort, the client gets good results, AWT™ is not therapist dependant so a junior therapist can treat clients without compromising results. Also various therapists can treat a client, rather than the client always requesting the same therapist all the time, as this is difficult to fit in appointments with a specific therapist in a busy clinic. Personally I have endermologie for about 5 or 6 years & knew it was time to move on, I've been researching for something new & better for a long time now, & have tried lots of other treatments ie Velasmooth (too painful, & labour intensive). I was the very first beauty clinic in Ireland with endermologie, & now its in most towns in Ireland. I believe AWT™ will also be in most towns in Ireland eventually, as it works so well, & there is a fast return on Investment.

Anyway see attached two of our clients before & after photos whom participated in our trials, please note that the foot divider is the same size before & after treatment, indicating true inch loss. Olive had 9 sessions & is in her 60's & didn’t alter her diet & exercise regime throughout the treatment, she did drink 2 litres of water daily though.

See also another client, Phyllis whom also participated in our trials, she is also a past Endermologie client, whom found AWT™ way better than endermologie, even her husband commented on how her cellulite greatly improved. As u can see Phylis only needed 6 sessions, from the digital display. She didn’t change her diet or her exercise regime during the treatment , only upped her water intake to 2 Litres daily.
